Robert Alan Kravitz is the Founding Partner of The Law Offices of Kravitz & Guerra, PA., with over 30 years of experience in U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law.
His practice has a primary focus on Business and Business Immigration (including EB-5 Investors), Professional Workers, Family-Based Immigration, Global Migration and International Business and Transactional Law.
A Florida native, Mr. Kravitz received his Bachelor of Communications Degree from the University of Miami and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the AILA South Florida Chapter among other legal and civic organizations.
As a member of the Florida Bar Association since 1981, he has frequently written and lectured on U.S. Immigration Law and related topics.
