Is an associate attorney who joined Lammers and Associates PA in 2019.

Mr. Desir represent clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court, as well as family petitions, residency applications, citizenship applications and waivers of inadmissibility before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Mr. Desir obtained his Juris Doctorate at the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to attending University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Desir graduated from Boston College, where he majored in Political Science and minored in International Studies.

Mr. Desir is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Haitian Lawyers Association. He is fluent in English, French and Haitian Creole.
